Founded by the family behind Champagne Taittinger, Domaine Carneros was established in 1987 by Claude Taittinger. The heart of Domaine Carneros has always been méthode traditionelle sparkling wines, beautifully represented here in their Estate Brut cuvee. There is a richness and complexity telling of a traditional sparkling wine, with a full feel to each sip, and a long finish. Classic flavours of apple, pear and honeycomb are met by quince and lychee, with a savory undernote. This wine has been aged perfectly already, yet will enjoy additional evolution over the next decade.
