Delivery Information

Great news... Pacific Wines delivers to the UK! 

The delivery fee is £12 per shipment. Free for orders over £150. 

Delivery is next day for orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (for delivery Tuesday to Saturday). 

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please Note: We are currently moving our wine stock from our Warehouse to our Islington shop and are unable to take orders from our website until December 2nd. Please email info@pacificwines.co.uk if you'd like to order from the shop.

Packaging

No plastic! 

Following our ethical and sustainable vision, we do not use plastic in our packaging - we use pulpsafe delivery boxes, tested by WBC to withstand falls, drops and general travel. 

Returns

Broken or damaged goods:

If your order is damaged or broken during transit, please take a photo of the content, retain the parcel and contact us directly at info@pacificwines.co.uk.  

Wrong orders or missing item: 

If you are missing an item, or did not receive the right thing, please keep the order and contact the team at info@pacificwines.co.uk.
