Delivery Information

 

Great news... Pacific Wines delivers to the UK! 

The delivery fee is £12 per shipment. Free for orders over £150. 

Great news! We are now able to offer delivery from our shop in Islington, London, N1

  • We currently deliver to all addresses within the UK Mainland only
  • Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery
  • We use Parcelforce for our delivery service, so we follow their Terms & Conditions (see below)
  • Please place your order on our website here
  • Orders received Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday
  • We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times unless a time specific delivery has been requested and paid for
  • You can select a future working day for delivery if you wish
  • Internet tracking – when your order is placed with us, we will send you a Parcelforce tracking number to track your wine

  • Delivery

    PARCELFORCE DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • National orders placed after 6PM Monday to Thursday will be processed the following day for 48 hour delivery
  • (i) the requirement for an individual aged 18 or over to be present at the Recipient’s address upon delivery; https://www.parcelforce.com/age-verification-terms

    (ii) that Parcelforce Worldwide practices Challenge 25 and may require the individual present at the Recipient’s address to present a Relevant ID to Parcelforce Worldwide; and

    (iii) that failure to do so may result in the parcel not being delivered;

    DELIVERY DETAILS AND REDIRECTION COSTS

    Our courier company attempts delivery twice if necessary and leaves a contact card if the recipient is not in.

    If the recipient does not then call their local depot, the parcel may be returned to us after 5 working days, and there will be a redelivery charge.

    SATURDAY AND TIME SPECIFIC DELIVERIES

  • Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested and may incur extra costs.
  • Pre 12 o’clock deliveries (Monday to Friday only) must be specifically requested and may incur extra costs.

  • Returns

    DAMAGED OR FAULTY DELIVERY

  • If your parcel is delivered damaged, we will send replacement bottles
  • You can accept the delivery, but when signing, write down how many bottles are damaged and the nature of the damage. We can then make arrangements for replacement bottles to be sent to you, or a refund for the damaged bottles if preferred

  • WRONG ORDERS OR MISSING ITEM

    If you are missing an item, or did not receive the right thing, please keep the order and contact the team at info@pacificwines.co.uk.

    Faulty wine:

    In the unlikely occurrence of a bottle of faulty wine, please take photos of the bottle, so we can ensure the winery knows which batch may be affected, and contact us directly at info@pacificwines.co.uk.
