A classic blend here of 80% Zinfandel and 20% Petit Syrah, the Cypress Zin delivers a wonderful mix of red and black fruits, cherries and cranberries with blackberry and cola. A gentle acidity keeps it fresh. Great for an everyday drinker but will also stand up to a more thoughtful sip. The winemakers recommend dishes ranging from marinated beef kabobs to tomato pastas.
