A wine built for a meal with friends! Savoury wild herbs, earthiness and white pepper lead the way, with red plum notes throughout. The grapes were sourced from four regions in Paso Robles, with a mix of warmer and cooler soils, adding a level of complexity to the wine. This is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and stews. For the veggies, black olives are great here. Maybe try spaghetti puttanesca?
