This orange wine is approachable and friendly. It is a blend of 5 different grapes, giving a complexity and intrigue to the wine. It is a gentle, lightly textured salmon hued wine with notes of apricot, haitian orange and marzipan running through it. The grapes for this wine are sourced from different carefully selected vineyards along California's Central Coast, and the grapes are left on the skins for 60 to 90 days. After this, it is aged for six months in 100% acacia barrels. The results is a white wine for red-wine loves: a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture.
