This Chenin Blanc is a absolute classic, with bright, crisp, fruit-forward characteristic. Blended with small amounts of Viognier and Roussanne (about 3% each), you get an added length and complexity to match the fruit. There is great texture and mouthfeel, the clear focus point of the wine. A very food friendly wine, perfect for a wide array of meals.
